About the Role
This position combines executive support with hands-on project coordination in an international executive-search environment. You will work closely with a senior consultant, helping keep complex workflows organized, priorities clear, and deadlines under control. The role is suited to someone who enjoys structure, can navigate fast-moving situations, and wants to contribute actively to strategic projects.

Two positions are being filled: one in Frankfurt and one in Munich. The Frankfurt role may also be based at any other company location.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate several projects running at the same time in an international setting.
- Track progress, priorities, and deadlines to ensure smooth delivery.
- Keep operations running efficiently even when the pace is demanding.
- Provide proactive day-to-day support to a senior leader.
- Help prioritize complex topics and relieve workload through practical assistance.
- Handle scheduling and travel arrangements as part of the broader support function.
- Coordinate demanding interview and selection processes.
- Liaise with international clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
- Structure decision-making timelines and keep processes aligned.
- Prepare briefings, presentations, and decision documents.
- Organize sensitive and confidential materials carefully.
- Support the successful execution of search mandates.
Requirements
- Completed university degree, ideally in law, business administration, or a similar field, or an equivalent qualification.
- Initial experience in coordination, analysis, or project-related roles such as consulting, contract management, or professional services.
- Strong command of both German and English.
- Ability to quickly organize and present complex information in a clear way.
- Excellent organizational skills and a strong sense of prioritization.
- High reliability, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Motivation to take ownership and drive topics forward independently.
