Role overview
ACCPRO is working with an expanding international business to hire an experienced Finance Manager. The position will work closely with senior leadership, bringing together financial governance, commercial insight, and strategic support in a busy, fast-moving setting.
This opportunity is a 6-month fixed-term contract with a hybrid work arrangement and an immediate start.
What you will do
- Take ownership of the monthly management accounts cycle and divisional profit and loss reporting.
- Review revenue, margin, expense, and other core business trends to turn data into practical recommendations.
- Work alongside senior stakeholders to support commercial choices and improve profitability.
- Run the budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
- Track spend and help deliver efficiency improvements across the organisation.
- Ensure robust financial controls, sound governance, and readiness for audit activity.
- Contribute to pricing analysis, financial planning models, and growth-related work such as new business opportunities and integration projects.
What we are looking for
- A qualified accountant with more than 8 years of post-qualification experience.
- Background in a multi-entity or international business, preferably in technology or software.
- Experience in a private equity-backed environment will be viewed positively.
- Strong commercial judgement with the confidence to influence senior decision-makers.
- Advanced analytical ability, financial modelling expertise, and a practical approach to solving problems.
- Capability to balance several priorities while working strategically and in a hands-on capacity.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
- A self-driven, team-oriented professional who performs well in a fast-paced environment.
