Role overview

The Finance & Supply Chain Head will take charge of finance, purchasing, supply chain, manufacturing partner coordination, warehousing, inventory control, and logistics. The position is focused on building efficient financial discipline, strong controls, dependable product availability, well-managed stock levels, and cost-conscious operations while helping expand the Ladeena brand across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.

This is a practical leadership role for a seasoned professional who can design processes, work closely with external partners, and improve operational performance in a fast-growing consumer goods business.

Finance & accounting

  • Drive budgeting and forecasting cycles.
  • Produce monthly management accounts and KPI updates.
  • Oversee cash flow and working capital management.
  • Track profitability by channel and product category.
  • Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury activities.
  • Coordinate annual audits and statutory filings.
  • Maintain compliance with Saudi regulations and IFRS.

Procurement & strategic sourcing

  • Handle procurement for packaging, raw materials, finished goods, marketing collateral, and services.
  • Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers.
  • Create supplier scorecards and review supplier performance.
  • Strengthen payment terms and purchasing efficiency.
  • Put procurement controls and approval workflows in place.

Manufacturing partner management

  • Manage relationships with contract manufacturers, OEMs, and ODM partners.
