About the company

Role overview
This is a full-time, on-site internship for a fitter role in the recycling plant. The intern will support machinery upkeep, pipeline fitting, plant monitoring, and basic troubleshooting activities across production operations.
Key responsibilities
- Support the senior engineering team with routine servicing, repair, and maintenance of plant equipment such as crushers, washing lines, and refining machines.
- Assist with pipeline work, including alignment, layout, cutting, and fitting within the recycling unit.
- Observe and help coordinate day-to-day plant operations to keep PET scrap processing running efficiently.
- Work with the technical team to spot mechanical issues, troubleshoot breakdowns, and support fixes on the shop floor.
- Use and care for industrial tools, welding equipment, and measuring instruments in a safe and accurate manner.
- Follow factory safety practices at all times, wear the required PPE, and help maintain a tidy work environment.
Eligibility
