Role overview

As Founder’s Associate, you will work closely with the CEO and act as a key connector across the company. The role focuses on turning leadership priorities into practical initiatives, supporting high-impact AI-related work, improving processes, and helping the organization adopt new ways of working at scale.

What you'll do

  • Act as the main link between the CEO and the wider business, converting strategic direction into structured growth actions and reporting clearly on progress in priority AI initiatives.
  • Help build the company’s authority in answer-engine and generative search channels by executing technical and content initiatives during the first two quarters.
  • Spot operational bottlenecks and turn early-stage ideas into repeatable, scalable, AI-supported workflows.
  • Work across departments to keep AI strategy aligned from leadership through to frontline execution and remove obstacles that slow initiatives down.
  • Support adoption of new tools and systems through communication, enablement, and training so they become part of everyday work and deliver lasting quality improvements.

  • At least 2 years of experience in high-growth startups, venture capital, or top-tier consulting, with proven ownership of projects from early concept to execution.
