Role overview
An upscale hotel in Ireland is seeking a Front of House Manager to take charge of the front office and support the smooth daily running of the property. This position calls for a confident, energetic, highly organised professional who can represent the hotel well and help maintain exceptional guest service standards.
Key duties
- Lead the day-to-day running of the front office while ensuring standards remain consistently high.
- Serve as a visible representative of the venue and uphold its image.
- Welcome guests and deliver a polished, high-quality hosting experience.
- Make sure guests enjoy excellent service from arrival through check-in and beyond.
- Build strong communication and cooperation across all hotel departments.
- Prepare and manage the front office rota.
Candidate profile
- Prior experience in a comparable hotel-based front office or guest-facing management position.
- Professional presentation and strong communication abilities.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Natural leadership qualities and the ability to guide a team.
- A cheerful, approachable personality suited to a luxury hospitality environment.

Additional information
