About the Company
The Products & Industries Creative team is seeking a talented and innovative Contract Sr. Designer to assist internal stakeholders in resolving complex marketing challenges through conceptualization, design, and execution.
About the Role
This role involves flexible collaboration across various teams. You will be responsible for conceptualizing a wide range of creative assets, from major campaign ideas and event experiences to consistent design themes for email campaigns and web updates.
Responsibilities
- Create designs for marketing campaigns, e-books, email communications, and social media content.
- Develop engaging webpages and professional presentations.
- Design immersive experiences for significant industry events, including Dreamforce.
- Undertake other design-related tasks as assigned by internal clients or the creative team.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Experience with AI workflows, specifically Google Gemini and Nano Banana.
- Familiarity with After Effects is highly advantageous.
Required Skills
- Foster strong collaboration between clients and the creative department.
- Develop and present compelling design solutions that effectively communicate the creative strategy.
- Drive innovation and progressive thinking while ensuring brand consistency.
- Manage multiple client projects concurrently, coordinating with project management to meet all contractual deadlines.
- Articulate design perspectives clearly and professionally.
- Demonstrate a commitment to understanding the business and industry of internal clients and external customers.
- Provide clear creative direction and constructive feedback to external partners, vendors, and freelancers, in collaboration with an Art Director, to enhance the creative process.

Pay Range and Compensation
Hourly Rate: $45 - $48
Additional Information
This is a contract position with a duration of 5 months. The preferred work arrangement is hybrid, with remote work as a secondary option.
