Role overview
Medstar Media is looking for an imaginative Graphic Designer to join its fast-moving digital marketing team serving the medspa and aesthetics space. This role is ideal for a creative professional who can translate ideas into polished visual assets that connect with clients and their audiences.
What you’ll work on
- Design compelling visuals for Meta ads, SMS/text campaigns, social media marketing, and promotional collateral that help drive attention and conversions.
- Keep every creative aligned with each client’s brand identity, industry expectations, and current design trends.
- Partner with marketing, copywriting, and creative teammates to shape concepts and bring campaigns to life.
- Continuously explore emerging graphic design and digital marketing trends to keep client assets fresh and competitive.
- Maintain a well-organized file structure in Canva and other tools, using clear naming practices and accessible asset management.
What we’re looking for
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in Canva, with a strong eye for typography, color, layout, composition, and branding. Experience with Canva animations, Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, and CapCut for video editing would be helpful, though not mandatory. You should also bring solid digital marketing awareness, creative problem-solving ability, and the capacity to manage several deadlines at once while staying highly detail-oriented and communicative.
Compensation
This is a full-time remote role paying $22.00 to $26.00 per hour, depending on experience, skill set, and qualifications.
