Key accountabilities

• Build and manage a unified program roadmap covering multiple large initiatives, including milestones, dependencies, ownership, and overall progress across several cross-functional teams.
• Convert strategic growth priorities into practical operating plans that stay aligned with product, clinical, billing, marketing, and customer-facing teams.
• Coordinate execution across Operations, Product, Clinical, Commercial, Finance, Legal, and Client Success to maintain consistent delivery.
• Create and run governance mechanisms such as steering committees, working groups, escalation routes, decision records, and recurring operating rhythms.
• Facilitate weekly rollout and execution meetings to review status, remove roadblocks, and keep stakeholders aligned.
• Advance readiness efforts across clinical protocols, billing workflows, member communications, and measurement design.
• Surface and escalate blockers across functions, then drive timely resolution through structured escalation and executive involvement when needed.
• Keep leadership informed with clear, concise updates on program status, risks, and interdependencies.
• Improve operational processes continuously so the organization can scale growth and transformation work more effectively.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Operations, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in program management, operations, or implementation, ideally within a high-growth startup environment such as Series B to D.
• Demonstrated success managing complex transformation programs or product rollouts with multiple workstreams.
• Strong exposure to healthcare, health tech, or digital health, including familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations such as HIPAA.
• Practical experience helping launch products or scaling product-led operational initiatives.
• Comfort using project management platforms like Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or Google Workspace.
• Excellent organization and prioritization skills with the ability to handle many dependencies at once.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially when summarizing operational status for executives.
• Ability to connect big-picture strategy with day-to-day execution through systems thinking.
• Experience with structured change management approaches such as ADKAR or Prosci is a plus.
• Exposure to AI tools or workflow automation is an added advantage.
