Role Overview
SO/ Ras Al Khaimah, part of the All-Inclusive Collection, is looking for a Guest Relations Agent to act as the main contact for guest-facing service. In this role, you will help create memorable stays by delivering thoughtful, tailored support, staying ahead of guest needs, and resolving questions or concerns quickly and professionally. Your approach should reflect the energetic, stylish, and distinctive character of the SO/ brand.
What You Will Do
- Greet guests in a warm and personalized way so their experience feels special from check-in through departure.
- Respond to questions, requests, complaints, and feedback in a timely, courteous, and effective manner.
- Work closely with front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and other teams to keep service smooth and consistent.
- Stay informed about hotel amenities, services, promotions, and nearby attractions so you can share accurate guidance with guests.
- Support VIP arrivals, special celebrations, and recognition initiatives that strengthen guest loyalty and satisfaction.
- Help manage guest concerns and work toward positive resolutions.
- Observe guest preferences and proactively adjust service to better meet individual needs.
- Keep clear and accurate records of guest interactions, special requests, and follow-up actions.
- Assist with communication before arrival and after departure, including welcome messages, special arrangements, and collecting feedback.
- Maintain a polished appearance, proper grooming, and service standards aligned with the SO/ brand.
- Contribute to the training and support of newly joined Guest Relations team members.
- Recommend hotel services, packages, and offers in a way that enhances the guest stay and supports revenue goals.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene requirements during guest interactions.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous background in guest relations, concierge, or front office work within luxury hotels or resorts.
- Excellent communication, people, and problem-solving abilities.
- A strong service mindset with the ability to predict guest needs and create personalized experiences.
- Good understanding of hotel operations, facilities, and local points of interest.
- Comfortable managing guest complaints with tact and professionalism.
- A professional presentation, confident attitude, and fit with the SO/ brand image.
- Fluent English is required; other language skills are an advantage.
- Strong organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
