About The Ned Doha

The Ned Doha is a luxury hospitality destination located inside Doha’s landmark former Ministry of Interior building. It combines the property’s historic character with elegant design and modern refinement to deliver a distinctive guest experience.

The venue features seven dining concepts, 90 stylish guest rooms, sophisticated event areas, and Ned’s Club, a private members’ club that includes a rooftop terrace, spa, gym, and a 30-metre outdoor pool. Together, these spaces create a setting that brings together heritage, creativity, and contemporary luxury.

Role Overview

The hostess will be the first point of contact for guests and will help shape a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive. This role calls for someone personable, composed, and naturally welcoming, who enjoys interacting with people and thrives in an energetic hospitality environment.

It is well suited to someone who takes pride in making a strong first impression and ensuring guests feel comfortable, acknowledged, and looked after.

Key Duties

• Receive guests with a warm manner and a sincere smile.
• Coordinate reservations and help manage the pace and flow of service.
• Escort diners to their tables while creating a pleasant and polished arrival experience.
• Work closely with the restaurant team to support efficient and seamless service.
• Respond to guest questions and handle special occasions with care and attention to detail.

About You

The ideal candidate brings prior exposure to a guest-facing hospitality setting and presents a polished, professional, and approachable style. Strong communication skills, confidence in conversation, and the ability to remain organized while juggling multiple tasks in a busy environment are important.

English fluency is required, and knowledge of other languages will be an added advantage.

• Annual tax-free pay of QAR 32,400.
