  • Handle apartment cleaning duties, which may include refrigerator cleaning and defrosting when needed, checking heat system filters, changing bedding and linens, maintaining linen supplies, and emptying waste bins.
  • Perform deeper cleaning in apartments as required, with extra attention to high-traffic and visible areas such as carpets, plants, pictures, railings, windows, and light fixtures.
  • Wash and dry linens using the on-site laundry facilities.
  • Follow established sanitation and safety standards at all times.
  • In addition to housekeeping duties, support meal service by greeting residents and guests, serving beverages and food items, taking orders, delivering trays when needed, clearing tables, resetting dining areas, and completing related side tasks.

  • Ability to communicate clearly in English with residents and coworkers.

  • Retirement Savings Plan / 401(k) with employer match.
