HRIS Analyst

Role Overview

VySystems is hiring an HRIS professional to support HR systems, data quality, and platform-related analysis within the New York City Metropolitan Area. The role centers on working with HR technology platforms, improving system usability, and helping non-technical stakeholders understand technical processes and data.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline is required.
• Applicants should generally bring 5 or more years of experience in business analysis, HR systems administration, or HRIS implementation.
• Practical experience with cloud-based HR platforms such as Workday HCM, Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, or BambooHR is expected.
• Strong spreadsheet skills are needed, especially with advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
• Familiarity with SQL or troubleshooting API-related issues is also required.
• The role calls for careful attention to detail, the ability to explain technical concepts in plain language, and a solid understanding of HR data privacy requirements.
