Role Overview
This position is focused on shaping and executing the company’s indirect e-commerce direction in Dubai. The role brings together strategic planning, partner collaboration, internal alignment, and performance analysis to strengthen digital commerce growth across divisions and markets.
E-Commerce Strategy
- Create and roll out a unified e-commerce vision with divisional teams and CDMO, making sure each country and customer has clear and relevant guidance.
- Serve as the main point of contact for commerce coordination between local divisions and Zone/Global teams, while highlighting strong local practices and encouraging early adoption of new initiatives.
- Strengthen the internal e-commerce network by promoting shared learning, collaboration, and a data-led approach across digital stakeholders.
Partner Management
- Lead the long-term roadmap for sustainable e-commerce growth and help shape annual e-Joint Business Plans with major partners to define shared business goals.
- Collaborate with divisions to design end-to-end digital activation plans for multi-brand and multi-division events, with a focus on customer engagement and brand building.
- Build and maintain productive commercial relationships with e-commerce partners and identify new opportunities for growth.
Data, Reporting, and Insights
- Prepare monthly e-commerce newsletters that turn performance information into practical recommendations for business stakeholders.
- Consolidate and assess multiple e-commerce data sources to produce clear, high-level performance insights for Brand and E-commerce teams.

This is a full-time onsite role based in Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
