Role overview
This contract opportunity is for an Internal Communication Specialist based in New York. The role supports the Global Lead by shaping and coordinating internal communications for the marketing team. The main objective is to improve transparency and keep information moving smoothly across the organisation.
Position details

Responsibilities
- Own the full cycle of internal communications for the marketing team.
- Write, refine, and organize weekly and monthly newsletters intended for leadership review.
- Keep communication clear and well-structured across the internal marketing function and relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
- At least 10 years of professional experience in communications, particularly in executive-facing or internal B2B marketing environments.
- Demonstrated success as a communications professional who can adapt messaging for leadership audiences.
- Confident executive presence and strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Preferred background
- Experience working in B2B marketing.
- Specialization in internal communications.
Additional information
This is a part-time contract assignment that begins immediately and runs for 12 months.
