Role overview
The IT Administrator will oversee the day-to-day technology operations at Sitaf Foods in Riyadh. This role focuses on keeping employees equipped with the right devices, user access, software, and technical assistance so they can work efficiently.
IT asset and inventory management
- Keep a precise record of all technology assets, such as laptops, accessories, and software licenses.
- Track when equipment and licenses are issued, returned, and replaced across their full lifecycle.
- Carry out regular stock and asset audits while ensuring company policy compliance.
User support and provisioning
- Provide employees with laptops, email access, and the software licenses they need.
- Handle IT setup requirements during onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Offer first-line support for issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
License and system administration
- Administer Microsoft 365 accounts, email platforms, and user licensing.
- Review license consumption and allocate available licenses effectively.
ERP support
- Serve as the first point of support for Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
- Help users troubleshoot ERP-related concerns and basic system issues.
- Work with external vendors when issues require advanced technical assistance.
Vendor coordination
- Act as the main liaison for IT vendors and service providers.
- Coordinate the purchase, upkeep, and support of IT hardware and services.
IT operations and continuous improvement
- Ensure systems and processes stay aligned with current technology practices.
- Support the rollout and improvement of IT tools and systems.
- Monitor and manage server infrastructure.
- Oversee CCTV systems and arrange camera maintenance when needed.
- Help implement IT policies and procedures.
- Conduct internal awareness sessions and IT training when required.
Qualifications and skills
The role calls for a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, along with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT administration or support. Candidates should be familiar with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or a comparable ERP platform, Microsoft 365 administration, and IT asset management. Strong troubleshooting ability, advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to train employees on Microsoft Office tools are important. Knowledge of CRM, CPM, or similar business applications is an added advantage. The ideal candidate should communicate clearly with non-technical users and be fluent in English.
