About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented IT Support Analyst to join a remote support team. This is an entry-level opportunity suited to recent graduates and early-career technology professionals who want practical exposure to technical support work. In this role, you will help users resolve IT problems, investigate technical faults, and support the smooth running of everyday technology operations from a remote setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle initial technical support requests through phone, email, chat, and ticketing platforms.
