Junior Architect

Role overview

This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Accra for a Junior Architect. In this position, you will support the creation of architectural concepts, take part in planning work, and help ensure that projects are coordinated smoothly from design through delivery.

What you will do

• Assist with the development of architectural design concepts and working plans.
• Work closely with senior architects on design execution and project coordination.
• Contribute to project planning and help keep work aligned with timelines.
• Support integration across project activities so deliverables move forward effectively.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and internal teams to support high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• A degree in Architecture and Interior Design is required.
• Understanding of software development and integration is needed for the role.
• Prior experience with project management and managing schedules is important.
• Strong creative, technical, and analytical problem-solving abilities are expected.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Familiarity with Ghana’s business and architectural regulations will be an advantage.
