As a Junior Bartender, you will begin your journey at the centre of this experience by helping prepare thoughtful drinks and learning the rituals behind them. You will support service flow, contribute to drink preparation, and pay attention to the details that create a smooth and memorable guest experience. This position reports to the Head Bartender.

- Assist with replenishing stock, rotating inventory, and reducing wastage.

- Comfort working in a fast-moving setting.
- Availability for rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
