About the role

The Performance Creative team at Monks is hiring a Junior Creative Producer to help drive direct-response creative from kickoff through final delivery. This role reports to the Director of Creative Production and is a strong fit for someone who wants to build practical experience in performance creative within a busy, high-volume environment.

What you will do

  • Partner with senior producers to turn client briefs into clear guidance for designers and editor/animators working across paid social and digital channels.
  • Build familiarity with best practices for short-form video, static, and motion assets across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Google, and CTV.
  • Assist with scoping, scheduling, and managing projects from initial kickoff through final handoff.
  • Help prepare pitches, treatments, and proposals with support from senior team members.
  • Participate in quality checks so deliverables align with client requirements and internal expectations.
  • Develop basic capability in copywriting and script formatting.
  • Track assigned tasks carefully, surface risks early, and help remove blockers.
  • Keep project files, briefs, timelines, and feedback records organized and current.
  • Support client communication with senior producers and learn how to represent the production point of view.
  • Maintain accurate Asana workflows, including owners, deadlines, and task status.
  • Help build and protect project schedules while keeping internal teams aligned through proactive updates.
  • Work closely with designers and editor/animators across different time zones.
