- Support material procurement through Engineering Materials Reports, take-offs, and identification of lead times and field demand rates.
- Ensure works are installed in line with project specifications and the QA plan, including any agreed benchmarking requirements.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to maintain effective information flow and keep work progressing in line with the project programme and weekly meeting records.
- Help identify and adopt improved engineering methods and processes that can strengthen project delivery.
- Prepare project completion criteria and close-out documentation.
- Work with the Project QS to prepare subcontract and supplier tender packages.
- Manage the construction work packs process from development through implementation and handover, including on-site support to construction management.
- Support BIM priorities such as modular concepts, fabrication details, isometrics, and model validation for construction use, while controlling change management effectively.
- Attend project meetings or whiteboard activity planning sessions when required by the project or team manager.
