About the role
Foresight Works Ltd is an AI-driven SaaS business focused on predictive project management and delivery software for major construction and infrastructure programs. Its platform is designed to help teams lower schedule risk, improve execution, and make better decisions across complex, high-stakes projects.
This Junior Solutions Engineer position sits across the go-to-market journey and supports technical solution design and delivery for customers. The role spans pre-sales demos, onboarding, implementation, and deployment support. It is a practical, cross-functional role suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, collaborating with different teams, and using technology to simplify workflows while improving the customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Assist Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams by contributing to technical presentations, product demos, and proof-of-concept work that shows how the platform solves customer problems.
- Partner with newly onboarded clients to help drive a smooth implementation, set up the platform effectively, and support custom integrations.
- Build, run, and maintain automation processes and integrations using Python, along with tools such as Zapier, Make.com, and HubSpot.
- Investigate technical issues and resolve them quickly, while explaining fixes clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Work alongside Product and Customer Success to share customer feedback, support adoption, and strengthen overall customer satisfaction.
- Represent customer needs in internal discussions so they are considered in product improvements and updates.
Requirements
- A background in STEM, Finance, or another strongly analytical discipline.
- Some practical experience in solutions engineering, technical support, sales engineering, or automation-oriented roles.
- Solid Python skills for scripting, analysis, and workflow automation.
- Working knowledge of SQL or another database query tool.
- Exposure to data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is an advantage.
- Familiarity with GTM automation tools, including HubSpot and AI-based outreach platforms, is beneficial.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, AI products, or construction/infrastructure software is preferred.
- Must have the legal right to work.
