Role Overview

Patchi is seeking a commercially minded and relationship-driven Key Account Manager to support its Corporate Sales function in Dubai. The role centers on growing a portfolio of corporate clients across the UAE, converting new business opportunities, and serving as the main contact for assigned accounts. Success in this position means building strong partnerships, improving client satisfaction, and delivering customized solutions that generate long-term value.

Client Acquisition and Business Development

  • Develop, expand, and oversee a portfolio of corporate accounts while nurturing durable client relationships.
  • Find and win new business through networking, referrals, direct outreach, and focused prospecting.
  • Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and corporate gatherings to boost brand visibility and create leads.

Sales Planning and Execution

  • Implement the team’s sales plan and work toward individual revenue targets.
  • Handle the full sales journey, from lead generation and quotations to order delivery and post-sale support.
  • Prepare recurring sales reports, forecasts, pipeline summaries, and account performance updates.

Client Relationship Management

  • Establish trusted relationships with key contacts in each assigned account.
  • Provide customized corporate gifting solutions aligned with each client’s business goals.

Collaboration and Coordination

What We Are Looking For

  • At least 5 years of experience in corporate sales or B2B sales; UAE market exposure is strongly preferred.
  • A demonstrated history of winning new business and managing strategic accounts.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Well-developed negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
