Arora Group is hiring a Kitchen Porter for Novotel London Stansted, a modern four-star hotel located a short shuttle journey from the airport. The property has 250 bedrooms, an all-day dining restaurant, a café and bar, eight meeting rooms for up to 250 guests, plus fitness facilities and parking for guests and staff.

Pay and working benefits

The salary for this role is £23,920 to £26,520, plus tronc. Staff accommodation is available at £338 per month per person. Annual leave starts at 28 days and increases after 5 years of service.

What you'll be doing

As part of the kitchen team, you will help keep the back-of-house area clean, safe and organised, while supporting chefs with day-to-day preparation tasks.

• Keep kitchen work areas clean, tidy and compliant with safety standards
• Wash crockery, cutlery, utensils, equipment and food service items
• Assist chefs with basic prep work such as vegetable preparation
