Role Overview

As a Learning Consultant, you will shape, build, and deliver learning programs that respond to business priorities and strengthen both individual and organizational capability. Key Responsibilities

  • Work with business stakeholders to uncover learning needs and identify capability gaps.
  • Build and roll out learning strategies, training programs, and development initiatives.
  • Create training collateral such as facilitator notes, presentation decks, and digital learning assets.
  • Lead workshops, training sessions, and other learning activities for employees or clients.
  • Carry out training needs assessments and advise on suitable learning interventions.

Requirements
