What you will do

• Welcome and support guests with a positive, service-oriented approach, handling questions and concerns quickly and courteously.
• Keep constant watch over pool activity to reduce the risk of incidents and encourage safe swimming behavior.
• React promptly during emergencies in line with the established action plan, including rescue response and first aid when required.
• Carry out routine checks, cleaning, and upkeep to keep the pool and surrounding areas tidy and secure.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation requirements to protect guests and team members.
