Litigation Operations Analyst

About the Role

Keller Postman is seeking a Litigation Operations Analyst to join its Litigation Operations team in Washington, DC. The firm handles large-scale litigation on behalf of individuals and small businesses, working to secure compensation for harm caused by major corporations or government entities. The organization combines legal work with the pace and innovation of a technology-driven company, and its team includes lawyers, developers, data scientists, designers, communications professionals, and analysts.

The Litigation Operations team plays a central role in connecting litigators, technologists, and operations professionals. The group turns complex legal matters into executable projects and coordinates resources across the firm. Its work has included building technology products for large client groups, creating communication tools for case management, and developing AI-supported tools for record review and other legal workflows.

Role Overview

This position reports to the Chief Counsel for Litigation Operations and supports the broader LitOps function through quantitative and qualitative analysis, reporting, dashboard development, product support, and coordination of large-scale communications efforts. The role operates in a fast-moving, high-stakes litigation environment and requires someone who is curious, adaptable, detail-oriented, and collaborative.

This is an in-office role based in Washington, D.C. Compensation is a salary of $95,000 to $115,000 per year, along with benefits and a discretionary bonus.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Chief Counsel for Litigation Operations, Directors of Litigation Operations, and Senior Analysts with critical initiatives that require careful analysis and problem solving.
• Work with large, distributed datasets to interpret, summarize, and present findings.
• Partner with LitOps teammates, attorneys, and operations staff to plan, execute, and track client outreach, records collection, evidence review, and related litigation workstreams.
• Coordinate with outside vendors engaged for client communication and other assigned tasks.
• Contribute to the creation and improvement of client-facing applications, forms, and communications.
• Learn and use firm systems such as Salesforce, Twilio, Monday.com, Azure DevOps, and internal tools, while also identifying opportunities for process improvements and new applications.
• Handle additional responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

• A well-structured, analytical mindset with strong curiosity and quantitative reasoning, plus familiarity with basic statistical concepts.
• Strong organizational habits and careful attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Solid time management skills and the ability to work to deadlines while adjusting to shifting priorities.
• Comfort working in a demanding, fast-paced setting.
• Ability to work effectively both on your own and in a team environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using SQL or similar querying tools is preferred.

Education and Experience

A bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university is required. Prior experience of 1 year at a top-tier consulting firm is preferred.
