LoA Coordinator (f/m/d)

Role overview

As a LoA Coordinator, you will sit close to key project decisions within the GT SU execution environment. Your day-to-day work will revolve around coordinating and facilitating LoA meetings, advising teams on process matters, and recording management decisions. The role offers exposure to the wider GT SU portfolio as well as interaction with senior management, creating strong opportunities for career growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main connection point between business units and supporting functions for all LoA-related matters, making sure stakeholders stay aligned and communication remains clear.
• Support project teams with hands-on advice on LoA workflows and the Salesforce LoA tool.
• Contribute to process enhancement by spotting opportunities for improvement and helping implement practical changes.
• Make sure the LoA process is followed accurately, including on-time submissions, announcements, and validation of data quality, completeness, and consistency.
• Plan, organize, and facilitate LoA meetings at management level, including all required preparation and follow-up records.
• Create, document, and monitor LoA approvals in Salesforce, including conditions, remarks, and timely completion, and keep the LoA community informed of relevant updates.

What you should bring

You should have a university degree in an engineering or commercial field and substantial experience in complex project settings, preferably across international and interdisciplinary teams and multiple levels of the organization. A solid grasp of bid approval and risk management processes, such as PM@SE, is important, along with familiarity with documentation tools like Salesforce. You need to be able to juggle several priorities and urgent requests under pressure while maintaining accuracy and dependability. Experience working with stakeholders up to senior leadership level is essential, as is the ability to collaborate effectively across functions. Strong analytical thinking, coordination ability, communication skills, a proactive attitude, energy, results orientation, and good English skills are also expected.
