Role Overview
This position focuses on low-voltage and IT support for Keemart stores and warehouses across Doha and Kuwait City, with additional support for international business needs in other Middle Eastern and Latin American locations. The role spans design, project coordination, implementation oversight, and ongoing operational support.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for end-to-end support of weak-current construction and related technical operations, including drawing design, site execution tracking, project management, and post-implementation maintenance.
- Handle weak-current work for stores and warehouses in Doha and Kuwait City, including drawing preparation, construction coordination, lifecycle follow-up, and post-delivery engineering maintenance.
- Coordinate broadband activation, manage resistance clearance activities, and support the long-term sourcing of broadband resources.
- Oversee the operation of IT equipment in newly opened stores and warehouses in Doha and Kuwait City.
- Work with relevant resources to troubleshoot and resolve local IT equipment issues, while providing technical assurance and support.
- Support international business requirements through drawing design, remote incident handling, and follow-up coordination for projects in other cities and countries across the Middle East and Latin America.
