Maintenance Planning Manager

Role Overview

This role focuses on managing student-related operations, counselling, sales support, and team coordination for education services in Dubai. The position involves maintaining accurate records, improving conversions, supporting management with reporting, and ensuring that student inquiries are handled effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep student records complete and up to date, carry out evaluations, review outcomes, and share meaningful feedback.
• Track performance against KPI targets and adjust processes when needed to improve results.
• Report to management on the sale of education services to prospective students.
• Accept assignments from the line manager and submit monthly student conversion figures.
• Review staff performance and support performance management activities.
• Help maintain a safe, secure, and organized work environment.
• Respond to student inquiries and manage complaints in a professional manner.
• Generate leads and distribute them to appropriate team members.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students through school visits and social media outreach.
• Advise potential students on educational options at foundation, undergraduate, and postgraduate levels across the UK, USA, Canada, Malaysia, and Australia.
• Conduct one-to-one and group counselling sessions to support academic and career development.
• Assist students in choosing suitable universities and programs based on their needs.
• Work effectively under target-driven pressure and communicate confidently with students.
• Guide applicants through university and college admissions and application procedures.
• Handle enquiries from prospective students and support education service sales.

• Carry out any other reasonable instructions given by the employer, management, or an appointed supervisor.
• Perform assigned duties diligently, faithfully, and competently.
• Follow company policies, the code of conduct, and act in the employer’s best interests at all times.
• Do not take up other employment or business activities without prior approval from the employer.

Qualifications and Experience

• Graduation or post-graduation in any discipline from a recognized and reputed institute or university.
• 4 to 5 years of experience working as a Senior Education Counsellor or Branch Manager.
• Strong understanding of foreign education systems, including the Cambridge and American systems.
• Good knowledge of preparing students for credibility interviews and SOP assessment.
• Updated knowledge of student visa processes for the UK, USA, Canada, and Australia.
• Understanding of international pathway providers will be considered an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
