This position is for a highly organized, proactive Marketing Coordinator who can serve as the operational hub for a busy marketing team working across multiple priorities. Responsibilities

  • Support HubSpot tasks such as list organization, campaign setup, basic reporting, and maintaining clean data.
  • Work with marketing vendors and contractors, manage purchase orders, and keep budgets and invoices organized.
  • Assist with account-based marketing execution, including list preparation, campaign coordination, and follow-up tracking.
  • Support email nurture programs, landing pages, and lead routing processes.
  • Prepare and format performance reports for internal teams and leadership.
  • Coordinate trade show and field event logistics for domestic and international events, including registration, booth shipping, collateral, giveaways, travel, and event schedules.
  • Build event timelines and checklists and help keep all stakeholders aligned.
  • Assist with on-site event execution and follow-up after events conclude.
  • Create, schedule, and publish social content while maintaining the content calendar.
  • Partner with internal contributors and outside creators to keep the content pipeline active.
  • Proof, organize, format, and maintain content assets and the asset library.
  • Protect and reinforce the company’s brand voice and visual identity across channels, materials, and regions.
  • Contribute to messaging frameworks, narrative development, and creative brainstorming for use across events, digital, and social channels.
