About the Role

We are looking for a full-time Multimedia Artist to become a long-term member of a fast-moving digital marketing agency. The role is meant for someone who wants to grow with the team, take ownership of creative output, and begin immediately.

The agency is based in Dallas, Texas and has been operating for nearly 20 years, serving a range of recognized founders, authors, and business leaders. The team values speed, strong craftsmanship, and a professional but relaxed work culture.

Core Work

• Create brand visuals for advertising, social media, email campaigns, pitch decks, one-pagers, sales collateral, partner assets, and other agency materials.
• Edit and produce video content, including brand films, explainer pieces, campaign videos, and event recap edits, turning rough footage or a blank timeline into polished content.
• Design print and digital materials such as booth graphics, guidebooks, onboarding presentations, and investor-facing documents.
• Support web design projects when needed, especially landing pages, site refreshes, and page flow thinking from a user experience perspective.
• Handle additional creative tasks as they arise in a dynamic agency environment.

What We Need

You should bring 5 to 10 years of practical experience in multimedia design, creative production, or a similar generalist role, with a portfolio that clearly shows strong judgment and execution.

Advanced graphic design ability is essential, including comfort with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva Pro, and other relevant design tools. A strong grasp of layout, typography, color, and composition is expected.

Video editing expertise is also important. You should be able to take a script, raw footage, or a creative brief and shape it into a compelling final edit.

Experience with web design is a strong advantage, especially if you can work on site layouts, landing pages, and UI/UX considerations.

You should be comfortable working under deadlines, able to follow a creative brief while also asking smart clarifying questions, and have a sharp eye for detail. Experience with pitch decks, investor materials, or startup settings will be considered a plus.

Compensation and Timing

The pay rate is not fixed in the posting and will be based on experience. The role is full-time, long-term, and intended to start as soon as possible.
