Role Overview
The Network Support Engineer will be responsible for maintaining reliable network operations, supporting wireless infrastructure, and assisting with server health and performance. This role also involves working closely with the IT team to implement improvements and resolve technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day network operations and keep systems under watch.
- Handle wireless network environments and related technologies.
- Track server uptime and help maintain strong performance levels.
- Partner with the IT team on projects, upgrades, and process improvements.
- Review network performance regularly and diagnose connectivity or stability problems.
