Role Overview
We are hiring an Office Manager for a close-knit company based in New York City. The role is focused on keeping the office running smoothly each day and ensuring routine operations are handled efficiently.
What You'll Do
You will help coordinate meetings and office events, while also supporting two Presidents and managing day-to-day office operations such as supplies, board meeting preparation, client communication, and vendor coordination.
Core Duties
- Plan and coordinate daily office activities and internal events.
- Track and replenish office supplies and stock levels.
- Welcome visitors and create a professional front-office experience.
- Handle incoming calls, incoming mail, and outgoing correspondence.
- Assist HR with scheduling meetings, interviews, and transportation arrangements.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a background in administrative or clerical support, along with strong communication skills, the ability to juggle multiple tasks, and a warm, approachable attitude.
