Role OverviewThis position supports day-to-day manufacturing and production activities at the Hosur facility. The role is focused on maintaining a clean, compliant work environment, running equipment safely, and ensuring that output meets required quality and regulatory standards.Key ResponsibilitiesKeep the workplace orderly and hygienic in line with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) so that product safety and quality are protected.Use and sanitize production machinery according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support safe, efficient, and compliant operations.Carry out production steps exactly as defined in Line Master Records (LMRs) and confirm that all actions match the required specifications.Prepare and coordinate production plans for the present and upcoming months so orders are completed on time while quality and safety expectations are met.Assist with internal and external audits by organizing required activities and keeping records accurate, current, and complete.Carry out in-process checks and record the results under the guidance of a team lead or supervisor to help maintain consistency in output.Follow and uphold major quality and safety systems, including cGMP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and HACCP.Manage blending, packing, and labeling of finished products, ensuring correct handling, label accuracy, and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.Operational RequirementsAbility to follow SOPs, LMRs, and other controlled manufacturing documents precisely.Comfort working in a regulated production environment with strict hygiene, safety, and documentation standards.Attention to detail for checks, labeling, record-keeping, and compliance-related tasks.Coordination skills for supporting schedules, audits, and team-based production activities.Additional InformationThe role is based in Hosur, Tamil Nadu, India and is a full-time, on-site position.
