About the company
Rewaa is building a retail technology platform designed to help merchants scale faster and operate more efficiently. Its SaaS offering brings together point of sale, inventory control, omnichannel integrations, tax and accounting, and reporting in one interface, supported by fast and durable hardware. With more than 10,000 customers already using the platform and plans for global growth, the company is expanding quickly.
Role overview
This position focuses on planning, running, improving, and expanding paid marketing activity across channels such as Google Ads, Snapchat, Meta, LinkedIn, and similar platforms. The goal is to generate strong-quality leads and improve conversion into sales-qualified leads (SQLs). The ideal candidate should be highly analytical, comfortable working hands-on with campaign execution, and able to optimize the full funnel so paid media directly supports business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Create and execute a paid media approach that supports overall business goals and helps produce qualified leads and SQLs.
- Handle campaign management across Google Ads, Snapchat, Meta, LinkedIn, and additional channels as needed.
- Improve performance at different funnel stages to strengthen lead-to-SQL and SQL-to-customer conversion.
- Build and apply A/B testing methods to refine creatives, messaging, and audience targeting.
- Track campaign metrics such as leads, SQLs, conversion rates, and ROAS, then use the findings to guide decisions.
- Work with content, design, and product marketing teams to keep creative output aligned with performance objectives.
- Coordinate with the sales team to match campaigns with buyer personas and business segments that convert better.
- Compare results with industry benchmarks and competitor activity, then prepare reports and recommendations for leadership on scaling or shifting budget.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Four to seven years of experience in paid media, ideally within B2B SaaS or technology.
- A strong record of improving lead quality, SQL conversion, and ROI across multiple channels.
- Practical experience with Google Ads, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and Meta campaigns.
- Good understanding of attribution models and multi-channel funnel analysis.
- Comfort using performance and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Metabase, or similar platforms.
- Strong planning and project management ability to juggle multiple campaigns at once.
- Clear communication and effective collaboration skills.
- Candidates must already be in Riyadh or be willing to relocate there.
Benefits
- Competitive monthly compensation.
- Health coverage for the employee, spouse, and children.
- GOSI enrollment.
- 21 working days of annual leave.
- Stock option plan.
- Opportunity to grow with a fast-expanding company.

Notice for external recruiters
Unsolicited resumes from outside recruiters or staffing agencies are not accepted. Any resume sent without a signed service agreement is treated as a free submission, and no recruitment fee is paid unless the candidate was requested by the Talent Acquisition team under an existing contract for a specific opening.

These tools assist the hiring team but do not replace human review, and final decisions are made by people. Candidates seeking more information about data processing can contact the company directly.
