Position Summary

The Producer will help plan, coordinate, and deliver integrated marketing content for the Royal Caribbean brand across a wide mix of guest-facing channels. This includes video, photography, broadcast, digital, social, web, email, print, and out-of-home work. The role focuses on turning creative concepts into finished assets by managing production schedules, logistics, budgets, shoot execution, and post-production follow-through.

In close partnership with creative, brand, and content teams, this person will support the delivery of polished, high-impact content that captures the company’s innovation, energy, and premium travel experience.

Responsibilities

  • Help run integrated marketing productions spanning TV, broadcast, digital video, photography, web, email, social, print, and outdoor media.
  • Coordinate the full production lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, timelines, logistics, casting, travel, crew, talent, wardrobe, props, and on-location work across ships and global destinations.
  • Guide post-production coordination by working with editors, VFX specialists, colorists, and creative teams so projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Partner with Brand, Creative, and Content teams to turn campaign ideas into executed assets from concept to final handoff.
  • Support content strategy by identifying asset requirements, production opportunities, and creative approaches that improve campaigns across channels.
  • Develop strong working relationships with internal teams, agencies, production vendors, and other partners to ensure smooth delivery and strong outcomes.
  • Keep up with new production tools, industry developments, and best practices in video, photography, and content creation.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred, although equivalent professional experience may also be considered.
  • 4 to 8 years of experience in production, marketing, advertising, content creation, or a closely related field.
  • Background managing photo and video shoots from pre-production through final delivery.
  • Strong planning and multitasking abilities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent speaking, writing, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office, Frame.io, Wrike or comparable project management tools, and Mac-based systems.
  • Genuine interest in storytelling, content development, and ongoing learning.
  • Experience in cruise, travel, hospitality, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
  • Ability to travel and support productions, including occasional weekends and extended work hours.
  • Solid understanding of production processes, creative development, and post-production workflows.
  • Ability to convert creative briefs into practical production plans while managing timing, budget, and quality expectations.
  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Comfort working in changing environments and adjusting to shifting priorities.
  • Careful attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
