Role overview

CSG Government Solutions is looking to add a Project Coordinator to its consulting team in the United States. In this role, you would support client-facing project work for state government agencies across the country, contributing to organized, high-quality delivery in a collaborative team setting.

The company specializes in planning, guiding, and supporting complex modernization efforts that improve technology and business processes for large public-sector programs. Since 1997, it has worked with more than 200 government and other organizations, including 50 state and territory governments, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the U.S. Department of Labor, and large municipal governments.

Key responsibilities

You will help keep projects organized, coordinated, and moving forward. Typical work includes supporting governance activities, handling project communications, maintaining follow-up items, and assisting the project team with meeting coordination and documentation.

You may also be asked to prepare progress updates, draft project materials, support deliverable coordination, and create reports or presentations for the Project Manager. The role requires comfort working in a fast-moving environment, handling changing priorities, and supporting research and analysis to clarify project objectives and requirements.

Additional information

Travel can be expected for approximately 25% to 50% of the time.
