JAM CRM is a CRM-focused agency that builds customer-first omni-channel journeys for clients. The team works with platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud to create connected, data-led experiences across every customer interaction.
Role Overview
The Project Coordinator will support the delivery of client projects by keeping communication flowing between teams, helping manage schedules, and assisting in the handoff from solution design to production with the development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager in coordinating client projects end to end, including development, testing, and deployment.
- Monitor schedules, deliverables, and budgets to keep work aligned with client goals and internal priorities.
- Spot risks, dependencies, or blockers early and bring them to the right stakeholders for resolution.
- Work closely with account managers, developers, and deployment specialists to stay aligned on project scope and timelines.
- Take part in technical conversations with the development team to confirm feasibility and match client needs.
- Keep project plans, timelines, and deliverable trackers current and accurate.
- Coordinate launch activities with the deployment specialist and confirm all required assets are ready.
- Complete and follow QA checklists so deliverables meet internal quality expectations before release.
- Help track and reduce risks while keeping all stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain clear visibility into project progress and escalate issues promptly when needed.
- Support testing by checking data, creative assets, and functionality against QA requirements before deployment.
- Review daily email sends to ensure campaigns go out as planned and meet requirements.
- Watch deliverability indicators such as bounce rates, spam complaints, and inbox placement, and escalate problems when necessary.
- Build familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities to ensure solutions fit platform standards and best practices.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of project coordination or account coordination experience, preferably in a CRM, marketing, or digital agency setting.
- Experience supporting Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects or similar CRM platforms.
- Strong planning and organization skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills for working effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Exposure to CRM environments, including customer data management, omni-channel marketing, and analytics, is an advantage.
- Understanding of email marketing concepts and best practices is preferred.
Work Arrangement
This position is hybrid, with three in-office days required each week.
