About the Studio

Liquid Development, established in 2000, is recognized as the biggest art outsourcing studio in North America. The company works in a collaborative, upbeat environment where teamwork and creative exchange are central to how it operates. Its production teams help create cutting-edge content for modern games, and demand for its services continues to expand.

The studio has supported major AAA franchises including Halo, Mass Effect, Borderlands, and Call of Duty, and is known for being a trusted partner on high-profile game development projects.

Role Overview

The studio is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its team. In this position, you will contribute to multiple next-generation sci-fi and fantasy titles for console and PC each year, while helping keep projects organized, on track, and aligned with production goals.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate art production projects and help guide them from planning through delivery.
  • Work across game production pipelines and day-to-day workflows to keep assets moving efficiently.
  • Use strong project management practices to organize tasks, timelines, and priorities.
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams and help maintain alignment across stakeholders.
  • Lead by example and support team coordination through effective direction.
  • Handle office administration tools such as Google Drive, including Docs, Sheets, and Gmail.

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in game art production.
  • Solid understanding of production pipelines and how game assets move through them.
  • Strong command of project management principles and execution.
  • Well-developed organization and communication abilities.
  • Ability to guide teams through both instruction and personal example.
  • Comfort using common office productivity tools, especially Google Drive apps.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or above.

Good-to-Have Experience

  • Exposure to several software tools and game engines such as 3DS Max, Maya, ZBrush, Unity, and Unreal.
  • Knowledge of widely used industry techniques and production tools.
  • Ability to estimate budgets and production timelines for assets.
  • Experience working with large teams and milestone-based delivery.
  • A mixed resume or portfolio showing examples in 2D/3D, rigging, animation, technical art, or VFX.

Application Notes

Applicants must submit their CV in English. Because the role receives a large number of applications, candidates are asked not to contact the team directly after applying. A confirmation email will be sent after submission, and updates will be shared by the Talent Acquisition team when available.

Benefits and Compensation

The company offers the chance to work with skilled people in the gaming industry and grow within an organization that supports career progression. The role is fully remote.

For full-time employees located in Mexico, benefits include statutory coverage such as social security, 12 days of annual leave, a 30-day Christmas bonus, and a 25% vacation premium. After 3 months, additional benefits include major and minor medical insurance, a savings fund, and grocery vouchers worth MXN 1,244.88.

The gross monthly salary range is MXN 24,000 to MXN 33,000.

Equal Opportunity and Data Privacy

The company follows an equal opportunity policy and aims to provide fair access to employment for all candidates. By submitting a CV or resume, applicants consent to their personal data being handled and retained according to the company’s privacy and retention policy.
