Role Overview

This remote Project Manager position is a 6-month contract opportunity in the United States. The role focuses on coordinating technical projects end to end, from initial planning through final delivery and closure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct technical projects through every phase, from kickoff to completion.
  • Handle project initiation by clarifying contractual commitments, client objectives, current-state conditions, required contacts, and access to relevant information.

  • Monitor project risks, issues, and progress to protect deadlines, scope, and quality, and support resolution or mitigation efforts.
  • Where applicable, oversee vendor or subcontractor activities and review related deliverables.
  • Support customizations, system integrations, or consulting-style engagements when required by the project.
  • Act as the communication bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders across internal, client, and vendor environments.
  • Present updates, recommendations, and decisions to both technical and business audiences.
  • Complete project closure tasks, including acceptance communication, handover materials, ongoing ownership transfer, and post-implementation review.
  • Spot gaps in project coordination processes and help implement practical improvements.
