Role Overview
This Dubai-based Projects Manager position in the media and broadcasting sector focuses on improving how work gets done across the business. The role involves reviewing existing operations, redesigning processes for better performance, and helping teams adopt more efficient ways of working. It also includes creating clear documentation, supporting automation initiatives, and ensuring that internal standards and controls are consistently followed.
Key Responsibilities
- Review current business workflows and redesign them into more efficient future-state processes.
- Capture process flows through BPMN models, maps, and flowcharts.
- Spot bottlenecks, waste, and improvement opportunities within operations.
- Build and maintain standardized policies, procedures, and SOPs for different departments.
- Lead improvement efforts using Lean, Six Sigma, and similar continuous improvement methods.
- Track operational outcomes against agreed KPIs and performance measures.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand operational issues and implement practical fixes.
- Contribute to digital transformation work, including process automation and RPA.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops such as process mapping, FMEA, and value stream mapping sessions.
- Develop management-ready reports, dashboards, and actionable recommendations.
- Make sure all work aligns with governance requirements, compliance expectations, and quality standards.
Required Profile
The employer is looking for a professional with 3 to 7 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s Degree. Strong English communication skills are required. Experience in media and broadcasting will be relevant to the role.
