About the role

The Wealth & Trading team is focused on changing the way people invest by using data-led tools that help customers make better financial decisions. The team builds advanced solutions designed to bring high-quality investing capability to users around the world.

Revolut is hiring a Quant Research Analyst to drive automated investment recommendation systems and develop active multi-asset strategies. This role combines corporate finance and fundamental analysis to build models that mirror the work of top research analysts.

What you will do

• Develop automated research and analysis frameworks across several asset classes, using fundamental analysis methods.
• Work with software engineers to create, test, and improve algorithms that produce dependable investment recommendations.
• Use hypothesis testing and backtesting to check model accuracy and performance.
• Blend macroeconomic developments and sector-level insights into the recommendation engine so the output stays relevant and contextual.
• Build quantitative multi-asset investment strategies.
• Team up with UX/UI designers to present recommendations in a clear, transparent, and easy-to-use way inside the app.
• Make sure all advice and financial promotion content follows applicable regulatory requirements.

What you need

• At least 4 years of experience in quantitative investment research across equity or fixed income, with the ability to assess and apply ideas across different industries and markets.
• Strong command of quantitative and statistical tools used in systematic investing.
• Ability to read financial statements, analyse valuation multiples, and shape strong investment views.
• A background in STEM.

Nice to have

• Experience with manager selection, systematic bond portfolios, long-short strategies, tactical asset allocation, or portfolio construction.
• CFA qualification or meaningful progress toward the certification.
