About the company
RemoteLegalStaff builds remote legal teams for U.S. law firms by connecting them with experienced legal professionals from Latin America, the Philippines, South Africa, and other regions. The organization not only places talent, but also trains, manages, and supports them so they can grow into lasting careers. The internal team plays a central role in that mission and directly influences opportunities for candidates around the world.
About the role
The business is expanding a specialist recruiting function across three possible focus areas: marketing and sourcing, screening and assessment, and profiling. Each track serves a different part of the hiring process, so applicants do not need to cover all of them. Candidates should indicate their strongest area during application so the best fit can be identified.
What you will do
- Proactively identify and attract talent from Latin America, the Philippines, South Africa, and other international markets.
- Develop and improve employer-brand touchpoints, sourcing campaigns, and talent pipelines based on your assigned specialty.
- Evaluate candidates for communication, judgment, ownership, urgency, and foundational capability rather than relying only on CV history.
- Run structured, competency-based interviews and record clear assessment notes.
- Make regular use of AI tools and applicant tracking systems as part of everyday recruiting work.
- Handle several open searches at once while keeping pace and quality intact.
- Work with operations to ensure each hire supports long-term retention, not only quick placement.
- Improve sourcing systems, screening methods, or profiling workflows depending on your track.
- Protect the candidate and client experience by maintaining a high quality bar and avoiding weak submissions.
- Keep pipelines clean, current, and consistently progressing.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience; agency or staffing experience is preferred.
- Hands-on active sourcing background, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and outreach to passive candidates.
- Strong written and spoken English, with the application itself acting as an early test.
- Good judgment and the ability to make quick, evidence-based hiring decisions.
- Comfort working with global talent pools; experience with LATAM, the Philippines, and South Africa is an advantage.
- Prior use of ATS tools, Google Workspace, and Slack is expected.
- Exposure to AI tools in recruiting for sourcing, screening, or outreach automation.
- Excellent organisation and reliable follow-through.
- Availability to work consistent U.S. Pacific hours.
- Legal recruiting experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

Communication is kept clear throughout, and the company aims to respect candidates' time at every stage.

Interested candidates should submit the application and follow all instructions carefully.
