Key accountabilities

• Maintain dependable reporting systems by protecting data accuracy, creating dashboards, and supporting analytical requests across the business.
• Check data quality regularly to ensure reports and dashboards remain consistent, complete, and correct.
• Run routine validations so reporting datasets are updated on time and stay trustworthy.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance automated dashboards and reports for product and business metrics using BI tools such as Tableau.
• Track down and fix data mismatches across extraction, transformation, and reporting layers.
• Work with analysts and stakeholders to collect requirements and confirm that business metrics are interpreted correctly.
• Improve reporting workflows and dashboard performance to make them easier to use and more efficient.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience using BI and data visualization tools, with Tableau preferred.
• Strong SQL capability, including MySQL and PostgreSQL, and the ability to write complex analytical queries.
• Skill in converting business questions into structured reporting and analysis solutions.
• Strong analytical mindset with careful attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Experience working with stakeholders on requirement gathering, solution design, and insight presentation.
• Ability to work independently and manage reporting work from start to finish in a fast-paced environment.
• English proficiency at Pre-Intermediate level or above.
