Role summary
In this position, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, improve the guest experience from good to exceptional, support team development through coaching and training, and handle inventory as well as the financial side of the business. You will be responsible for maintaining quality standards, following procedures, and delivering strong financial results.
Compensation
The starting salary is AUD 77,000 per year, with room for negotiation depending on experience and results.
