Role Overview
Guzman y Gomez is built around authentic taste and the idea that good food brings people together. In this Restaurant Manager position, you will take responsibility for the smooth running of the restaurant each day. You will guide, coach, and develop the team, oversee profit and loss performance, and make sure every process and standard is followed while representing the GYG culture.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven leadership background in a busy, fast-moving environment
- Solid commercial and financial understanding, including the ability to spot sales and P&L opportunities and work with the team on practical solutions
- History of consistently achieving KPIs
- Strong customer service delivery with a track record of great guest experiences
- Excellent communication and people skills
