Role Summary

The Retail Sales Associate supports a positive in-store experience by helping customers, keeping the store organized, and handling day-to-day retail tasks such as stocking, folding, and cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Keep the sales floor, checkout area, fitting rooms, and stockroom neat, organized, and safe for customers and staff.
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines to help protect both employees and shoppers.
• Assist with merchandise launch updates and store changes in line with standard operating procedures.
• Deliver a consistently strong customer experience.
• Carry out the customer experience model across all interactions.
• Complete transactions efficiently and accurately to minimize customer wait times.
• Address customer service concerns promptly, resolve issues when possible, and escalate when needed while keeping store management informed.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs by explaining the value to customers and encouraging participation.
• Take on other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Experience & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience is noted, with at least 6 months minimum experience preferred/expected.
• Comfortable using retail technology such as iPads and registers.
• Must be available for evenings, weekends, and other non-standard hours as needed.
• Must meet the physical demands of the role.

Actual pay depends on several factors, including work location, education, relevant skills, and experience.
