What You’ll Do

Your day starts with opening the store and engaging customers with a helpful, solution-focused approach. You’ll work to understand each customer’s needs, explain suitable options, and deliver recommendations that create value and build trust.

In-store conversations and phone interactions both play an important part in the job. Success depends on combining strong sales results with genuine customer service, while also contributing to a team environment that encourages learning and long-term growth.

The role also connects to broader community involvement, so your work can have an impact beyond the storefront.

Pay Structure

The average annual earning range is $55,000 to $65,000. Compensation includes a competitive hourly rate, uncapped commission, bonuses, and profit sharing. Guaranteed hourly pay is provided, and same-day pay options are available.

Working Conditions and Requirements

You must have at least a high school diploma and be able to work full-time hours. The schedule is flexible and includes nights, weekends, and holidays. This is a retail storefront position, so reliable transportation is required, and you may need to work across multiple locations.

The job involves frequent standing and extended periods of sitting, walking, and bending. You should also be able to lift up to 10 pounds when needed. Travel is expected to be around 10% depending on business needs.
