Role overview
TRG is hiring a Runner to join its hospitality team at the Horley airport location. This role focuses on creating welcoming guest experiences and supporting smooth service in a busy environment.
As part of one of the UK’s major hospitality groups, you’ll be working with a company that operates close to 300 restaurants and pub restaurants across the country, including airport concessions as well as brands such as wagamama and Barburrito.
What you’ll do
You’ll help deliver warm, memorable service by being an attentive and dependable team member during guest interactions. The role is centred on hospitality, teamwork, and keeping service running well.
Working pattern
This is an airport-based position, so shifts can begin as early as 3:00 am. Early start times are balanced by early finishes.

What TRG is looking for
Previous experience in a customer-facing role would be helpful, but it is not required. The ideal candidate brings strong people skills, stays organised, can juggle multiple tasks, and remains positive in a fast-moving airport setting.
Additional requirements
You must be flexible with working hours and be willing to provide a five-year work, education, and personal reference history. A criminal record check is also required.
